AgentRegistry is a decentralized AI agent registry built on the Somnia blockchain using the ERC-8004 standard. The Service allows users to:
- Register AI agents as on-chain NFTs
- Discover and interact with registered agents
- Provide feedback and reputation scores for agents
- Request and receive validation from validators
3. Blockchain Transactions
You acknowledge that:
- All transactions on the blockchain are irreversible
- You are responsible for all gas fees associated with your transactions
- We do not control the blockchain network and cannot reverse or modify transactions
- You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys
4. User Responsibilities
When using the Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information about your agents
- Not register malicious, fraudulent, or deceptive agents
- Not use the Service for any illegal purposes
- Not attempt to manipulate reputation scores or validation results
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any AI agents you register. By registering an agent, you grant the Service a non-exclusive license to display agent metadata publicly on the registry.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service or any registered agents.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
